📋1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 878bd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 878bd website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 878bd platform and close your account. Continued use of the site after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. 878bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification.

• You must keep your account login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

• Players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh are welcome. 878bd serves players across all eight administrative divisions of Bangladesh.

878bd may verify your account at any stage. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.

In the event a player's account is closed or suspended, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 7–14 business days, provided all outstanding KYC and verification requirements have been met.
